During her 4-year tenure at Citadel, Mary solicited, formulated
and pitched new movie ideas. She also served as the Director of
Development for Emmy-Award winning actress Sela Ward. Mary continued
to expand on her feature and television career by transitioning
into the reality/documentary field in 1999. Mary is achieving
tremendous success in this genre and has produced over a half-dozen
highly regarded programs for various networks. Her projects include
documentaries for Lifetime Television, the Discovery Network and
the MSNBC cable news network. Mary is currently producing Flipped,
one of the most cutting-edge, innovative programs on the MTV music
television network. The popular reality series focuses on issues
affecting young adults by allowing them to personally experience
the consequences of unhealthy decisions and behaviors. Safe-sex,
drug abuse and tolerance are just a few of the topics covered
by the immensely popular program. In addition to her television
pursuits, Mary recently produced her first full-length feature
film, The Kingston High.

The
independently financed project was shot in the city of Los Angeles
and focuses on the antics of several high school misfits. The
film is a humorous depiction of what happens when an unpopular
students falls for a classmate who is not only beautiful, but
spoken for as well. The movie has been selected for entry into
the Hollywood Black Film Festival for 2002 and is pending notification
from several other competitions - with plans for a distribution
deal soon to follow. Mary is also prepping for her next film project
- a mystery thriller based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Production
is expected to begin in Spring of 2002. In the future, Mary will
continue to pursue exciting and unique projects within the entertainment
industry.

With over 10 years of experience producing film and television
projects, Mary Glynn continues to break new ground in the entertainment
field. Her diverse career covers a wide spectrum of genres, including
feature film, documentary/reality and television production, development,
writing and distribution. Mary began her career by interning for
Academy-Award nominated director John Singleton, while attending
college at UCLA. Mary provided production support on several of
his groundbreaking projects including, Poetic Justice,
starring pop superstar Janet Jackson and Higher Learning,
featuring Academy-Award nominated actor Laurence Fishburne. Upon
graduating from college, Mary segued into television movies and
mini-series as a development executive for Citadel Entertainment.
The critically acclaimed production company has garnered Academy,
Emmy and Golden Globes Awards for such high profile films as:
Cinderella (ABC), starring Whitney Houston, Gia
(HBO), starring Angelina Jolie, and Buffalo Soldiers (TNT)
starring Danny Glover.
