Listen to Del
Del The Funky Homosapien
Hailin' from Oakland California comes DEL. No doubt a legend of underground hip hop and a true innovator destined to forever broaden the scope of the art form. Known to most as the founder of the Hieroglyphics crew and influenced by such classic acts as PE and Ultramagnetic MCs, Del manages to remain fresh while always staying true to form. Most recently he teamed with Dan "The Automator" Nakamura, Blur's Damon Albarn and Tina Weymouth of the notorious Tom Tom Club to create Gorillaz, the famed comicbook styled hip hop heads illustrated by Jamie Hewlett. Del's eclectic lyrical style and hypnotic voice transcend the norm taking underground to an even deeper level.

Listen to O*Asiatic
O*asiatic
OPE (also known as O*ASIATIC)is a producer/rapper/CEO who has been involved with Hip-Hop culture for 17 years. When Rap music began to take hold on the minds and hearts of New York City youth, at age 10, this Brooklyn born rug-rat decided to give it a try. The growing credibility of Rap music as more than just a fad was too much for "OPE" (pronounced like the word HOPE without the "H") to stay away from. From age 15 to age 17, he informally began to study music production listening to as much Rap music as he could and at 18 he began producing demo tapes for friends. In 1996, he started his own indie label called OPE ENTERTAINMENT. The first release came in May of the same year. The project was OPE's solo debut titled THEME MUSIC: SOUNDTRACK TO DA STREETS. THEME MUSIC was a 10 song project which paid tribute to the 70's blaxploitation era. Since then OPE has been producing for himself as well as other artists while constantly gaining respect in the hip hop community from such sources as YoMp3Raps, HOT 97 Radio station in New York City and BEAT DOWN magazine's DEMO FILE.
